Emma Lawton has been an integral part of the ELTO community since the very early days back in 2011, initially contributing through the Programme Board initiative, which played a key role in guiding early decisions and supporting the foundational aims and objectives of the service. In 2020, she joined the ELTO Board, where she continues to provide strategic leadership and expertise. With a distinguished career in the insurance industry spanning over 27 years, she brings extensive knowledge and experience, particularly in Employers’ Liability Claims, with a specialised focus on the run-off market for the past 20 years. Her deep understanding of the sector and long-standing commitment have been instrumental in advancing ELTO’s mission and supporting its stakeholders.
