Join us at our virtual AGM in December

The Employers’ Liability Tracing Office (ELTO) is pleased to announce that our virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, 4 December 2025.

The ELTO Board has approved 4 draft amendments to its Articles of Association (AoA), which will be put to a qualifying Member vote at the AGM. Information on the articles as well as how to attend and vote, has been sent directly to all our Members in a digital or postal pack (depending on your electronic consent preferences).

We strongly encourage all voting Members to confirm their attendance urgently and cast their votes either ahead of or during the meeting to ensure that their voices are heard. Your participation is vital to maintaining ELTO’s commitment to transparency and Member collaboration.

Date & time: Thursday, 4 December 2025, 10 – 11am.
Details: Meeting link and agenda will be sent to confirmed attendees.
Action required: Please confirm your attendance and submit your votes by following the instructions provided in your AGM pack.
